• Autofare services in five Hertfordshire towns employing standee buses are to be introduced next month, announced London Transport this week. February 15 has been chosen as the date to introduce 44 large capacity single-deck o-m-o buses on 19 routes.
• The name Duple Motor Bodies (Northern} Ltd. has been changed to Duple Coachbuilders Ltd., the production of luxury coach bodies being concentrated at Blackpool. Duple Motor Buries Ltd. becomes a holding company with offices at Hendon, NW9, while the sales organization continues as Duple Group Sales Ltd.
