Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Frigoscandia Contracting Ltd., King's Lynn, Norfolk, has been appointed main contractor for the erection of a 180,000 cu.ft. cold store at Leeds for Sheffield Cold Storage Co. Ltd.

The Leeds store has been designed to permit future expansion on the site, and will cost approximately £100,000. When completed next March the installation will provide 180,000 cult. of storage capacity at -20deg F, an adjacent meat cutting room, an insulated room in which blast freezing equipment will be installed at a later date, and a single-storey office block designed to have a second floor added in due course.

A full-width loading dock with weather protection canopy is being included in the scheme, together with parking space for commercial vehicles and cars.

The cold store is being built using Frigoscandia Contracting's recently introduced internal steel technique which provides optimum insulation with economy of materials and gives a modern low-silhouette perspective to the completed building.

The store is designed to make full use of the latest palletized and mechanical handling for speed, efficiency and economy of operation.
