Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Hands Trailers Ltd. has supplied a new Guernsey company, Sarnia Oil Ltd., with small articulated road tankers for distributing oil for domestic and green-house heating purposes.

The tankers have a capacity of 1,100gal and are used with Ford D300 tractive units. They were supplied through Hands' distributors on the Island, Bougourd Bros. Ltd., of St. Peter Port.

The tank barrels were manufactured by C. F. Taylor (Industrial) Ltd., Wokingham, and were specially designed for fitting to Hands single-axle running gear. The running gear is complete with load-sensing equipment and small automatic coupling. The roller-shuttered housing at the rear of the trailer contains a reeled delivery hose and metering equipment.

The manoeuvrability of these small tankers is proving a great asset in negotiating minor roads and narrow entrances to supply customers who cannot be reached by larger road tankers.
