Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TWO new medium-duty goods models have been introduced recently by the French Saviem concern, and the larger of these has a British Perkins 6.354 diesel engine as standard, this chassis being rated for a 7-ton payload, with a grossweight limitation of 10.25 tons. The other model is a 5-tonner, with Renault four-cylinder 75-b.h.p, diesel engine and a gross rating of 8 tons.

Both vehicles have a number of common mechanical components, including five-speed synchromesh gearboxes, Gemmer steering gear and a new-style cab, which has three seats with the power unit beneath the central seat. The semielliptic springs at front and rear are supplemented by rubber helper springs, with telescopic dampers at the front axle.
