itAR. J. F. SUPPLIES has retired from ZVI his office of president of the Liverpool Cart and Motor Otvners' Association (Liverpool No 1 Sub-area of the Road Haulage Association), which he has held since 1942. For five years previously he was vice-president. Mr. Supplies is a director of J. A. Webster and Co., Ltd., of Bootle.
