● Thompson Commercial Transport, based in Bolton, is due to appear at a hearing on 11 March when the TC will consider disciplinary action against the firm, and look at the repute of the transport manager.
● On the same day, the TC will consider disciplinary action and the transport manager’s repute at related company Thompson Commercial Transport Ltd.
● A PI on 14 March will consider disciplinary action against Freeth Transport, based in Dukinfield, Greater Manchester, and consider the transport manager’s repute.
● Ramsay Transport, based in Eccleston, St Helens, will attend a PI on 25 March that will look at a variation application from the firm, disciplinary action against the business, and the repute of the transport manager.
