P It is with deep regret that we announce the death of AJP (Tony) Wilding, a former technical editor of Commercial Motor.
Tony arrived at CM via AEC and the London Brick Company in 1960. He quickly established a rapport with readers, especially for his direct and professional approach to roadtests.
From CM Tony moved to the FTA and Fiat, retiring in 1993.
We join Tony's many friends in the industry in sending sincere condolences to his wife Ellen and their children Mark, Clare and Andrew.
