Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ALL LEYLAND vehicles marketed in Europe from now are to be fitted with a Kysor automatic radiator shutter as standard.

The shutter, which can be placed either directly in front or immediately after the radiator, automatically opens or closes its vanes as determined by a heavy duty integral thermo-sensor. The temperature is said to be stabilised within 1.5°C of optimum temperature regardless of road, vehicle speed, load or weather conditions.

Besides the Marathon, on which it has been a standard fitting since its introduction in 1971, the Kysor shutter will be included on all export Terrier, Mastiff, Super Mastiff and Boxer vehicles which will standardise the Leyland European specification.
