• Lancashire owner-driver Clive Eccles claims he is the target of a vendetta designed to wreck the business he set up this year.
Eccles, who runs Darwenbased Cranberry Haulage, recently lost his trailer and equipment valued at £12,000 in a raid on his operating centre. Other incidents have included pellets fired at his windscreen and sugar added to his diesel.
But Eccles, a former agricultural worker, says: "I am determined not to be driven out."
