• Police are warning hauliers involved in the livestock trade to be extra vigilant following a firebomb attack on a Humberside-based chicken wholesaler which gutted seven trucks. Police believe that animal rights activists are responsible for damage estimated at £100,000 caused to T Soanes and Sons' Middleton-on-the-Wolds base.
