The Iceman cometh
• An automatic reefer temperature monitoring system has been developed to comply with the food hygiene regulations for refrigerated food products.
The Iceman Logger automatically records the temperature in refrigerators, chilled or freezer compartments at hourly intervals and stores the results. The system is battery-powered and includes an alarm.
