Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Hygiene products manufacturer British Tissues has taken over the Morgan Group, a contract hire and haulage company of Craven Arms, Shropshire, for an undiclosed sum.

The operator, which has depots in Birmingham, Stoke and Cardiff, will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary, although British Tissues managing director Ronald Day becomes chairman. Morgan Group owners Derek and Noel Morgan remain on the board of the new company.

Although British Tissues bought transport and distribution firm Gloystarne in January. Ronald Day says the acquisition of Morgan will further "extend and complement" its transport activities.
