LONDON TRANSPORT has made three senior staff changes M. Elms is schedules manager for London Buses following the rE ment of Percy Condliffe.
Mr Elms joined LT in 1961 has been development col tent responsible for ser planning and scheduling to! London districts since 1980.
Norman Johnson becc principal assistant to schedules manager. Mr Joh joined LT in 1956 and worked in both bus and derground schedules office; Lionel Shields has becom velopment consultant for route planning and sched for two London districts joined LT in 1974 and since was the accountant for operations.
