Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

VORK hauliers who are members of I the local sub-area of the Road Haulage Association plan to set up a pilot radio communication scheme—for six months—under the aegis of Securicor's " Help" scheme announced last month.

The news that the sub-area had given further consideration to security arrangements for valuable loads on lorries came after members had been addressed by Mr. T. Richardson, manager of the security service for the York area.

Under this new "road help" scheme, it is proposed to equip initially one or two vehicles for a period of six months. The lorries will be fitted with radiotelephones to enable the drivers to communicate with offices of the security firm in all areas throughout Britain and notify them when they need help.

And, being among the pioneers of collapsible pallet loads out of Hull to the Continent. York hauliers will travel on the Hull-Rotterdam roll-on/roll-off ferry service on May 16, 1966 to meet Dutch and German hauliers for possible link up of loads.
