Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

These pages frequently rehearse the argument that the British haulage industry is politically persecuted and popularly misunderstood. Hauliers constantly complain about fuel tax, unfair government policies, and unfair international competition.

Firstly, lwould like to point out that British industry has been under threat for decades, since our heavy industries were dismantled in the 1980s. The haulage industry is by no means alone in being unhappy about government intervention.

Wake up, guys. If you don't do better than you did at Dover, then you'll have no-one but yourselves to blame if this industry collapses.
