ing Authority ing Authority John Mervyn Pugh has adjourned consideration of possible disciplinary action against the three-vehicle license held by Mary Price, trading as Price To Move, of Worcester.
Price failed to appear at a Birmingham public inquiry. The LA was told that a telephone call had been received to say that she had been taken ill. In adjourning the proceedings until a date to be fixed, Mervyn Pugh said he believed she was linked with another operator, B Price, who was currently under investigation. He directed that the cases involving both be considered at the same public inquiry.
