Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Bee Line is moving into a new bus station at Newbury this week, after nearly four years on a temporary site.

The new station, with nine drive-in/reverse-out bays, will be managed by Bee Line for Newbury District Council.

The station forms part of a development package, and a contrallow bus lane is being provided in Market Street to allow buses to avoid a circuit of the town centre's one-way system. It will also be used by Hampshire Bus, National Express and Bee Line associate Whites Coaches.
