Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TO MEET DEMANDS for specialist tipping trailers, Capital Trailer Rentals has converted six 6m (2011) skeletal trailers into container tipping units.

The conversion work has been carried out by Andover Trailers, which refurbished each chassis and fitted a steel tipping sub-frame. A Ducati donkey engine, hydraulic power pack, Telehoist tipping ram and spray supression equipment completes the specification.

The conversion adds around 500kg to the trailers' kerb weight.

By designing the tipping frame to run alongside the trailer chassis main rails when lowered, Andover claims the same ride height as a standard psk.

One of the first converted trailers to enter service is being used by Wiltshire-based Amesbury Transport, which required a tipping trailer when one of its customers changed from bagged loads to shipping in containers.

The container tipping trailers are located at various Capital Trailer Rental depots throughout the country.
