Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SCANIA'S NEW Euro-5 EGR engine range made its official UK debut at the NEC, alongside the latest intermediate G-Series cab. Scania (Great Britain) originally targeted tipper operators as potential buyers of the G-cab, but has been surprised at how well it has been received by UK tractor buyers, who want a cheaper (and smaller) alternative to the topof-the-range R-cab.

In a further expansion of Scania's 'Complete Vehicle' range, and also making its debut at the CV Show, the company has launched a rigid curtainsider, which is available in a four-wheel configuration. A six-wheeler is in the pipeline.

Power comes from a choice of Euro-4 and Euro-5 EGR engines, along with either a sixor eight-speed gearbox, while the company's Opticruise auto shifter is an option.

The company has also announced a selection of trailer maintenance and support options as part of its Total Transport Solutions programme, including component procurement through its UK parts system; repair and maintenance programmes for all types of trailer, and petroleum tanker testing.

As part of the initiative, Scania has joined up with axle supplier BPW, designating 12 of its network points as agents able to carry out warranty work, while customer support-based BPW Assist is operated by Scania Assistance.
