Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• An Essex-based driver agency went into liquidation earlier this week with undisclosed losses, but none of the drivers employed by the company is thought to be a creditor. Harlow firm Drivers Direct, which also had offices in Milton Keynes, Chippenham and Northampton, called a creditors' meeting this week. The biggest creditors are understood to be Customs & Excise.

Glyn Rutter, formerly branch manager of the Chippenham branch, says he is now running a completely separate agency in the name of Spokesman Ltd. All the 20 drivers who worked for him on a fulltime basis received wages owed. "I have continued with my client base, which includes Tibbett & Britten and Webbs Country Foods in Winchester," he says. The Harlow office is also understood to have been relaunched, as Axiom Personnel.
