Wallace Transport of Kirkinner, Newton Stewart, had been called before Scottish Licensing Authority Michael Betts in the light of convictions against him and his drivers for drivers hours offences and one offence of unauthorised use.
Betts gave Wallace a final warning saying that further convictions would place his repute as an operator in jeopardy. The LA indicated he was not prepared to consider any application for additional vehicles and trailers until the licence was due for renewal at the end of next August
