Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Leyland Daf Vans has launched a tipper version of its 400 model for builders and municipal buyers. The 3.5-tonner is available as a chassis cab (with a 2.99m body) or (with a 2,600mm body) as a crew cab seven-seater.

The all-steel Linktip body has underfloor scissor-action electrohydraulic tipping gear. It is mounted on a shortened frame with rear underrun protection as standard and provision for a tow bar. This special vehicle option costs £1,940 (ex-VAT) on the LWB chassis cab and £2,007 (exVAT) on the XLWB crew cab. Chassis cab prices start at £13,053 (ex-VAT) for a petrol model.
