VEN Robert McLindsay, haulage contractor of Lydiard, Millicent, Wiltshire, peared before the Western Licensing Authority Devizes on Tuesday, Mr. J. R. C. Mr. McLindsay said the ivers had not logged rest periods which had in r...t been taken. Later an application came before 7. LA who granted transfer of the haulage ences from McLindsay to his brothers, Mr. tsil McLindsay and Mr. Dudley McLindsay, al merchants of Lydiard.

The LA received from Mr. Basil McLindsay assurance that the keeping of records would strictly observed. The transfer involved 13 hides on A licences.
