Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

YORK TRAILER last week chose Paris, rather than Birmingham as the shop window for its product range.

The centre piece of its exhibit was the Dreadnought heavyduty two spring trailer bogie, specified for trailers up to 70 tonnes gcw.

The bogie is available in capacities up to 40 tonnes complete with York's own range of 800 series heavy duty axles, which is built to withstand arduous operation on and off the road.

Its centre pivot block design with bolts removable from below simplify maintenance. Spring location bosses incorporated in the pivot blocks provide positive location and resist lozenging of the springs and axle misalignment.

With axles clamped to the lipped spring ends in rubber torsional clamps, shock loads are minimised.

The large one-piece mounting pedestal can be bolted or welded direct to the trailer frame and distributes the imposed load over a large area.
