Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The Containerbase Federation Ltd announces that its bases are now operating extensive shift systems and are generally open 24 hours per day.

From October 19, to help shippers, importers and road hauliers, the Containerbases will operate a vehicle pre-booking scheme for vehicles collecting or delivering cargo. The scheme will operate basically between 8 am and 5 pm daily, but bookings will be welcomed outside these hours. The procedure is relatively simple and by phoning the Containerbase control office, the operator will be asked for brief details of the load and will be allocated a time and reference number. Provided his vehicle arrives at the Containerbase within one hour of the booked time. it will be dealt with promptly and given preference over any unbooked vehicles.

The scheme does not apply to vehicles collecting and delivering containers.
