QTEEL box bodies for Austin 2-b
and 5-ton chassis are now beii produced in quantity by Marshi Motor Bodies, Ltd., Airport Won; Cambridge. The body on the 2-tonn is 19 ft. 5 in. long, 7 ft. wide ai
8 ft. 104 in. high, and on the 5-tonnt 22 ft. 5 in, long, 7 ft. 2 in. wide at
9 ft. 01 in. high. Capacities at respectively, 400 cu. ft. and 500 Cu.
The framework is of mild-steel se lion throughout, timber being used on for the floor, which is reinforced wi mild-steel angle at the rear. Fanelli' is in 20 s.w.g. mild-steel sheet, join being covered with 16 s.w.g. mild-ste strips secured by capped pop rivets. A corners are covered with mild-ste angle capping.
Full-height double doors, wi heavily 'reinforced steel framework, a fitted at the rear.
