Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Citroen has announced a range of body styles to fit on the back of the latest heavyweight C15 Visa van. As predicted by Commercial Motor (CM 4-10 May), one of the first bodies will be an insulated unit that fits on to the back of the diesel-powered chassis cab. The body comes in freezer and chill unit forms, and offers 2.94m3 of load space.

Citroen is hoping for a rush of sales for these vehicles as a result of legislation which will demand that the delivery of infection-prone foodstuffs be done in temperature-controlled vehicles. The legislation already exists in France, where over 1,000 insulated Visa vans were sold last year. The vehicle costs £7,400 (ex-VAT), and offers a payload of around 600kg.

The C15 is also available as a pickup, with a bed of the same size and shape as the Peugeot 504 pickup. This vehicle offers a 730kg payload and, like the freezer van, is based on the C15 diesel-powered chassis cab, at a cost of £6,050 (ex-VAT). The vehicles will be available in the next two weeks.
