Melanie Godfrey, CD's marketing manager, says: "Coldstream Ice Cream (Frozen Foods) claims we are in the same business, but the companies are quite different. They are a regional firm; we are a national company. They deal in frozen food; we deal in chilled distribution".

Despite Coldstream Distribution's confidence, Hewett is determined to continue legal action.
