Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

in An incident management website designed to cut vehicle downtime and repair costs debuted at the CV Show in Birmingham. Delta Commercial Vehicle Services (DCVS) is offering fleet operators specialist CV recovery, repair, claims handling and thirdparty property restoration.

The system, based in Huddersfield, features online digital imaging so fleet managers can see what damage has been done. Delta will also cross-reference quotes for repair work with damage reports from its agents to keep costs competitive.

Ian McKenzie, CEO of DCVS's parent, FMS Group, says the system has 1,000 approved agents who deal with 80,000 incidents a year.

DCVS promises a 60minute response time with real-time information through its website, www.deltacvs.com, once an agent arrives. The system can also be tailored to cover refrigeration units, trailers and tail-lifts. Customers will be charged on a pay-as

you-use basis priced at preagreed national rates.

• DCVS offers Incident management, load trans-shipment, secure storage of loads and vehicles, replacement vehicles and drivers, risk analysis, continual progress reports, full claims handling and uninsured lass recovery.
