• South Eastern Licensing Authority Brigadier Michael Turner has suspended the licence held by Roger Paull, trading as Sinclare Marketing, for one month. And he warned Paull that if he fails to explain his non-appearance at disciplinary proceedings, or if he cannot come up with a satisfactory plan for his maintenance and operating centre, his 0-licence will be revoked.
Paull holds a licence for two vehicles based at the Abercrombie Industrial Estate, High Wycombe.
He was called to a public inquiry following information received by the LA that he was no longer using his authorised operating centre.
