Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

25 April 1987 that you ran a headline "NCCS gets green light". The text then referred to National Carriers taking over the Bournemouth depot of Roadline (UK).

The National Carriers in the text is in fact, a different concern from the NCCS (National Carriers Contract Services) mentioned in the headline. The former deals with parcels, the latter is the UK's leading 3rd party dedicated distribution operator providing vehicles, drivers, warehousing, computer systems and distribution management for its 104 customers. This fairly common confusion possibly arises from the fact that both companies are legally owned by National Carriers Ltd, itself part of the employee-owned NFC, However, since 1982 NCCS and the National Carriers parcels business have operated autonomously.
