IMPACT OF THE M25 • A study has been set up to investigate the economic and operational benefits to freight companies of the opening of the M25, The Transport Studies Group of the Polytechnic of Central London will be looking into three key areas: immediate operational benefits, benefits brought about by the relocation of depots, and wider benefits.
The study will use interviews, case studies and questionnaires to obtain the views of over 30 freight operators and distribution companies.
