The 71-seat luxury spec twin-deck TD 824 is powered by a 269kW turbocharged MAN engine coupled to a six-speed ZF manual gearbox. Air suspension is fitted to both the steered and trailing axles; interior fittings include a toilet. TV and video • equipment and drinks dispenser. Westbus will operate the Astromega, which was supplied by Arlington Bus and Coach Sales of Brimsdown, on continental holiday shuttle runs.
