Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A HIGH LEVEL PROBE is to be conducted into the cperations of the nationalised transport undertakings by a Select Committee of MPs.

The National Freight Corporation, the National Bus Company, Scottish Transport Group and British Rail will all be called before the Committee.

The MPs' inquiries will be "across the board" covering in particular the financial and pricing policies of the State undertakings.

Labour Members of the inquiry team will also be seeking the views of the management cf these enterprises on the question of a fully integrated transport policy.
