Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Additional day excursions have been granted to A. and J. R. Davison Ltd„ Brighouse, and its subsidiary Charles Wood Ltd., Hipperholme. Last week (CM May 91 they applied for nine excursions each to start from Brighouse. These were granted.

However, following objections, the Yorkshire Traffic Commissioners refused Davisor permission for tours starting from Hipperholme going to London, London Airport anc Longleat but granted the other six destinatiore applied for. Wood's application to run tc London, London Airport and Manchester Airport from Wyke was refused but it too wil have six extra tours on its licence.
