Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Caledonian Logistics has celebrated its seventh birthday by expanding its fleet — and the acquisitions haven't ended yet. Dominic Perry reports.

ABERDEENSHIRE HAULIER Caledonian Logistics has just bought four new Daf 95XF 480s; the last of them took to the road this week.

It also plans to acquire five double-deck step-frame trailers on three-year contract hire from firm Dawsonrentals later in the year.

Caledonian Logistics was established in February 1999 by Derek Mitchell, Mick Burnett and Billy Anderson following the closure of Munro's Transport which was also based in Aberdeen. Now it boasts a fleet of 27 trucks which are based at depots in Dyce and Inverness.

Managing director Derek Mitchell says that the firm is on course to hit a iSm turnover in this financial year. He adds: "We're trying to go forward as best we can. We've got a good, steady operation with some fairly nice, reputable clients."

Caledonian also handles the Aberdeen and Inverness postcodes for the Palletwavs network.
