• A privately owned terminal at DaIlam. Warrington, will be opening this week to handle freight traffic from Transrail, one of the UK's largest rail freight operators. The terminal was last used by rail traffic five years ago.
Transrail, in partnership with John G Russell (Transport), will use the terminal to distribute 36,000 tones of road coil and reinforcing bar each year for Cardiff-based Allied Steel 8,z Wire.
