My long time wish is to photograph every remaining Scammell vehicle; to date I have 198 in my album. I believe there must be at least a couple of hundred more, but I just cannot find them.
I see them very occasionally on the road, always travelling in the opposite direction! And they never use the same services or layby as I do.
Would any CM readers be able to tell me of the location of these elusive vehicles? I would appreciate any help.
And whatever happened to that Samson?
