Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A director of Southampton container haulier JF Alford Transport, the company's transport manager, the company and 29 of its drivers are set to face hundreds of charges relating to alleged drivers hours irregularities.

Three of the company's drivers will appear as a test case at Southampton Magistrates on 24 April for a committal hearing. There the court will decide if the case should be heard at a Crown Court or be dropped.
