• Fife-based Alba Tools has introduced a brake fluid safety meter which it claims is both fast and accurate to use. Designed to hang on a wall-mounted shadow mask, the unit has an LCD to show the boiling point of DOT 3, 4 and 5.1 fluid. The hand-held tester costs £295 (ex-VAT) and has a 12-month guarantee.
