Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

issue of 2 March. Please don't despair. Training will always have a high priority in the better companies and no priority in the worst. The black picture you paint is despite the effort of the RTITB.

It would have been no worse if the RTITB had never been invented. The money that has been wasted by the administration of the levy/grant system and the exotic conference/ training in faraway places would still have been in the industry. How can you champion the RTITB when you can demonstrate how poorly it has performed?

Private training courses are available for all aspects of operation and management.

If companies decide to ignore the benefits available from training that must be their own decision.
