Training: You won't get any because you won't need any. Prompts within the software make sure you can't go wrong.
Technical support: No telephone support is offered but e-mail support is available from 9am-7pm Monday-Thursday and from 10am-5pm Friday-Sunday.
Minimum system requirements: Any PC than can run Windows 98 or better.
