I AM A REGULAR CM reader and I had to smile when I saw the heading "VOSA concentrates on lawbreakers" (CM 26 Max').
VOSA does a good job, but I find it always opts for the easy way. I have contacted VOSA on many occasions about a company running vehicles without test, tax and 0-licence and with incorrect tax discs. This has been going on for the past two to three years.
I have given registration details and times that these vehicles are being used, but to my knowledge it hasn't been investigated.
Do you not think that if VOSA got the bad guys first the roads would be safer?
