Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

taking bookings for its extramural studies day and evening classes for a certificate and diploma in transport.

By attending the university one evening and one afternoon a week, or three evenings a week, the certificate course can be taken in one year. This involves studies in transport economics and finance, transport operations and planning, and transport policy as well as a section on law.

Taking the diploma course the following year gives students exemption from the complete MCTI qualifying examination.

The university also offers a transport systems and studies \ course for people who want extra transport tuition which concentrates on the characteristics of transport, its users and policies, transport terminology and sources of information, analysing statistics and preparing reports. Classes are held Monday to Thursday.
