Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DOVER PORT IMPROVEMENTS • New freight facilities have been brought into use at the port of Dover.

A combined HM Customs and Immigration control building has been installed which forms part of the redevelopment of the marshalling area for inward freight, and coaches, at the Eastern Docks.

A police control building and an improved traffic flow to the exit gate has also been constructed.

In the freight lanes, prior to customs and immigration control, there is more standing space and added room for manoeuvring.

The new layout will mean freight drivers need only leave their cab once to clear both immigration and customs freight control. Thanks to the design of the freight facilities customs officers will be able to select vehicles for examination without interfering with the flow of traffic.
