Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

INTERNATIONAL publishing company Jane has published the third edition of Jane's Urban Transport Systems. The new guide gives what is probably the most comprehensive world directory of bus and light rail systems as well as equipment suppliers.

Among interesting facts in the publication is that lkarus of Hungary is the world's largest bus builder with an output of around 14,000 buses a year and that Moscow has an Amos-style minibus operation involving around 500 vehicles on 48 routes. Public transport in Athens is also free of fares between 5 and 8 am to reduce pollution in the city.

Jane's Urban Transport System 1984 is published by Jane's Publishing Company, 238 City Road, London EC1V 2PU, and costs £48.50.
