Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

In view of the many complaints and strong criticisms received regarding the performance of British commercial vehicles and the service by their distributors, it may be of interest to your readers to hear of our experience with the best-known German commercial vehicle manufacturer. We purchased a diesel engine van of this make and while still under warranty it had serious engine trouble in North Wales at the beginning of April. It was subsequently towed into the garage of the agent at Chester, and many promises later the vehicle has still not been repaired, On two occasions the wrong part has been sent from Germany.

We would strongly recommend that any potential buyers of foreign commercial vehicles make sure that they have a comprehensive spare parts service, however reliable are their vehicles.
