Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A "first" claimed by E.G. Wilder and Son Ltd, Feltharn, Middlesex, is the delivery of a Seddon Pennine 12-metre coach fitted with a 57-seat Moseley Continental Lisboa body, built by Salvador Caetano of Oporto, Portugal.

Costing £11,000, the coach is based on the standard 20ft wheelbase chassis with frontmounted Perkins 6/354 turbo-charged engine, and having power-assisted steering, five-speed David Brown gearbox, Airdromic automatic lubrication supplied by Tecalemit and Aeon rubber springs mounted on the front and rear axles.

Painted in E.G. Wilder's blue and cream Golden Miller livery, the Caetano body is to the standard design familiar in this country, although a notable departure from the normal specification is the use of Holdsworth's gold moquette for the coach seating in place of pvc trimming.
