Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

N15 in. version of the Swintex Ltd. 21 in. traffic cone has been introduced. It gives long-range warning of -day and night road hazards.

The Rubbatex cone is moulded in one piece—the base weighted for stability— and supplied with removable/washable highly-reflective red and white plastic sleeves. On the base, "feet" allow it to stand clear of newly painted white lines. It conforms to the latest amendments to the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 1964.

Made by: Swintex Ltd., Derby Works, Manchester Road, Bury, Lancashire.
