Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The nationalized • transport undenakings expect their investment in containers to be nearly £30 m. over the next five years, said Mrs. Barbara Castle.

• Plans are being made by the Welsh Passenger Transport Co-ordinating Committee to integrate passenger, parcel and mail services in the Lampeter area of Cardiganshire. From 1460 to 1966 total output had risen by 1.4 per cent which, coupled with a decrease of 1.7 in employment figures, meant that inland transport had increased its output by 3.1 per cent over this period.

• Net assets of the Transport Holding Company in 1965—the latest year for which he could provide figures—were £168 m., said Mr. John Diamond, Chief Secretary to the Treasury. London Transport Board's assets that year were £.197 m. and British Railways Board's £1,595 m.
